What this website collects, why, and how to have it removed.

Draft. This page describes how the site works today but has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It covers this website only, not the OpenBionode application.

What we collect

Your email address, if you join the early access list. It is stored in our database and used to tell you when your seat opens. We also send you one confirmation when you join. If you tick the newsletter or development updates, we email you those too; reply to any of them to stop.

Anything you write to us, if you reply to that confirmation or email us directly.

How the site is used. Without cookies, we count which pages are visited and how people arrive, without knowing who you are. If you accept cookies, we also record visits (pages, clicks and time spent) to see what is confusing, and link them to your email if you join the list. Anything typed into a form is hidden from recordings. Change your choice any time under Cookie settings, at the foot of every page.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent your email address.
  • We do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
  • We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Who processes it

The site is hosted by Vercel. The early access list is stored with Supabase. Email is sent through Hostinger. Analytics are processed by PostHog.

Removing your details

Email hello@openbionode.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete it from the list.
